Shipping Policy

naibl store products are dropshipped. After payment is confirmed, orders are forwarded to fulfillment partners who ship directly to the address you provide at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or supplier delays.

• Canada and the United States: often 7–20 business days after processing, depending on carrier and destination.
• Other international destinations: often 14–30 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by product and supplier.

Shipping is included in the product price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Prices are in USD. Customers — including in Canada — are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed at the border on delivery, unless we state otherwise at checkout (for example after GST/HST registration when shipping Delivered Duty Paid).

Packages refused without a valid statutory reason may be treated as forfeited and may not be eligible for refund or credit, except where law requires otherwise.

Contact us if a shipment is confirmed lost or arrives damaged — refunds or replacements apply for material defects and certain carrier losses as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Outside those cases, customers may need to work with the shipping carrier; we will assist with tracking where we can. See Returns & Refunds for late-delivery and defect rights.

Verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Some economy shipping methods may not include full tracking.
